Police in La Habra reportedly shot and killed a college student named Cho.

The Korean community held a press conference today looking for answers as to why this tragedy occurred. We agree there remain a lot of questions. Orange County has seen some shootings that while justified might have been avoided had more seansoned officers been handling the call.
We will withhold judgement pending the outcome of the investigation.
