Sac Sheriff's Deputy Vu Nguyen was gunned down by a suspected asian gang member. Dep. Nguyen engaged in a foot pursuit of the suspect and was subsequently shot in the neck. Law endforcement locked the area down but the suspect managed to escape.
This is sadly another example of how dangerous it is to engage in foot pursuits solo. We look forward to the adam henry that did this to be brought to justice.
