Garden Grove Police Department (rife with the cowboy mentality) has been ordered to return seized pot used for medicinal purposes. They told the courts they couldn't respect the will of California voters when medicinal marijuana was legalized because it violated federal law.
However, their Police Chief told the GG City Council he didn't want to screen for illegal immigrants in the city jail because that was the feds responsibility.
It is time for GGPD to quit picking and choosing what federal laws it wants to uphold.
